Wassenaar — SIDH organised a farewell for Mr Wariso, Mr Suhardi and our 12 Graders at our campus on Tuesday, 12 April 2016. The solemn occasion was very special as it was also attended by H.E. Ambassador I.G.A.W. Puja, all home staff of the Indonesian Embassy, and parents representatives. The event was started with Indonesian lunch.

In his address Ambassador Puja extended his gratitude to both the leaving teachers for their long-standing dedication and service to SIDH and wished them the best to reap the benefits of their retirement because it is the best career. To our leaving students Mr. Ambassador wished them good luck and every success in their endeavour to further their study to tertiary education. While in his turn, our Principal, Mr. Budi Wahyu Rianto, recited his own poem to the leaving members of our school community.

A short drama was performed as well by a group of our students under the guidance of Mrs Nurna. Some farewell tokens were also handed in to the leaving teachers and students.

Wassenaar — H.E. Ambassador I Gusti Agung Wesaka Puja paid a visit to SIDH on Saturday morning, 9 April 2016. There were two programmes at our school on that day: the plenary gathering of PPI Nederland, and the Indonesian Language Course. Ambassador Puja dropped by the Kursus Bahasa Indonesia classes in which the participants were very happy indeed. The course takers were overwhelmed by the hospitality and humbleness of the new Indonesian Ambassador. For the classroom call Mr. Puja was ushered by the course instructors: Mrs. Djena and Mr Hamdi.

During the visit Ambassador Puja was accompanied by his spouse, Mrs Rusdijana Puja. And followed by SIDH Principal, Mr Budi Wahyu Rianto, afterwards.

SIDH is really grateful and felt honoured by the visit.

Wassenaar — H.E. Ambassador I Gusti Agung Wesaka Puja visited SIDH on Tuesday, 5 April 2016 on the occasion of the Computer-based National Final Examination for Senior High School 2016. He briefly inspected the readiness of the infrastructure, system and the test takers. During the visit H.E. Ambassador boosted the morale of the examinees and wished them good luck as well. This year 15 of our Year 12 SHS were taking the final exam; and 3 from the Indonesian School of Belgrade.

After the inspection Ambassador Puja discussed certain paramount issues with the accompanying Attaché of Education and Culture, Prof. Bambang Hari Wibisono, our Principal, Mr Budi Wahyu Rianto and teachers. The visit was closed with typical Indonesian lunch.

Wassenaar — SIDH launched computer-based National Final Examination for Senior High School on Monday, 4 April 2016. The examination was officially kicked-off by our Principal, Mr Budi Wahyu Rianto. In between, our Attaché of Education and Culture, Prof. Bambang Hari Wibisono also called on us.

For SIDH it is the first experience to organise this method of national examination. 15 of our students took the test and 3 students from the Indonesian School of Belgrade. We hope our students will pass with flying colour.

TU Eindhoven — SIDH took part in the Eindhoven League organised by the PPI Eindhoven, 19 March 2016. Our delegates participated in futsal match. This event was co-officially launched by H.E. Ambassador I Gusti Agung Wesaka Puja and Mr Joep Huiskamp of Eindhoven Studentenstad.
