Wassenaar – SIDH commenced the first day of the 2019/2020 school year on Monday, 15 July 2019. After the summer holiday, that day started with the weekly flag-hoisting ceremony.
SIDH Principal, Mr Udik Ripul, greeted the students and teachers with special welcoming address during the ceremony. We hope this bright first day of school year will bring even brighter future to our students and graduates.
Wassenaar – SIDH concluded all national final examinations today, 25th April 2019. Although commencing at the same day, 22th April 2019, our Year 6 students completed their nationally standardised school examinations one day earlier namely on 24th April 2019; while Year 9 Junior High School students on 25th April 2019.
This year, 11 Year 6 students and 11 year 9 students took the national examination. The result of the exams would be announced end of April for Year 9 and early June 2019 for Year 6. We hope our students would pass with flying colours and, as in the past, SIDH would book 100% graduating rate.
Wassenaar — This Tuesday morning, 9th April 2019, SIDH received the delegation from SMAN 3 Yogyakarta and Stedelijke College Eindhoven. Most of the 46 delegates were mostly students. Only a few were the accompanying teachers and chaperons.
The delegation was welcomed by SIDH Director, Mr Udik Ripul accompanied by SIDH teachers and students.
Wassenaar — For the leaving students SIDH held a special farewell, Monday, 8th April 2019. It was organised after Year 12 students had completed their final day of the CBT National Examination.
It was commenced with lunch prepared by the famed chef, Mr Rosidi. The special cuisines in the menu were lamb cutlets and dorado fish grills. This event was attended by SIDH school community, Indonesian Embassy (H.E. Ambassador Puja, DCM and Cultural and Education Attaché, DWP), executives of SIDH Committee and parent representatives.
In his address Ambassador Puja reminded the departing students that SIDH has been an excellent school with many successful alumni. Yet, learning and shaping one’s character can be at schools and in real daily life
Students’ performances included impressions and messages movie of the graduates, angklung and musical ensemble trained by My Nathalie and drama directed by Mr Nurna (themed: Mata Hari). Medals were also conferred to the graduating students and a certificate of appreciation to Catlya who has been admitted – without entrance examination (SNMPTN) – to pursue undergraduate degree at the University of Airlangga this year.
Wassenaar – SIDH’s Year 12 students commenced their Computer-based National Examination (CBNE) this morning, Monday, April 1, 2019. The Cultural and Education Attaché, Din Wahid, Ph.D. on behalf of the Indonesian Embassy called at SIDH to observe the running of the programme. Mr Wahid was accompanied by SIDH Principal, Mr Udik Ripul, Vice Principal, Mr Gunar Yadi, Bu Safreni, Bu Nia and other teachers.
12 SIDH students who took the CBNE this year, 11 at SIDH and 1 at SIDH-Moscow Campus.
