Wassenaar Campus — SIN Wassenaar’s students take the 2nd semester examination, from 6 to 10 June 2011. All students participate in the test except those from classes VI, IX and XII. All the best and good luck!
Wassenaar Campus — SIN Wassenaar is closed on the Ascension of Christ (Hemelvaartsdag), Thursday, 2 June 2011, and on Friday, 3 June 2011. But the non-academic activities will go on as usual. We will open again from Monday, 6 June 2011, which will be the start of the 2nd semester examination for the 2010/2011 academic year.
Wassenaar Campus, 1 June 2011 — The Drawing Programme at SIN Wassenaar that had been started on 14 April 2011 ended on 30 May 2011. It was followed by three classes once a week, under the guidance of Ms. Savitri Sastrawan, a young Indonesian painter from Art Academy of Bali.
During the programme students learned drawing and painting theories, and subsequently its praxis. From this activity the best works were selected with the following results:
For Class VII:

For Class VIII:

2. Hagar Masae
3. Kevin Wenink
Those above mentioned students and all participating students would be awarded with certificates of achievement/participation. SIN Wassenaar also convened a brief farewell for Ms. Savitri Sastrawan, this Wednesday morning, 1 June 2011. On behalf of SIN Wassenaar, Ms. Arbayah Kumalawati, extended sincere gratitude to Ms. Sastrawan for her dedication and wished her every success.

Wassenaar Campus — Based on the decision of Indonesia’s National Agency for Education Standard (BNSP), No. 0012/STAR/BSNP/V/2011 of 31 May 2011, all our examinees of SMP national final examination 2011 have passed the test.
Three students took the exams in 25-28 April 2011. SIN Wassenaar therefore would like to congratulate Gavril, Bilal and Adhelia and their parents for this achievement.
Amsterdam — The Geelvinck Hinlopen Huis Museum exhibits the artworks of Indonesia’s young and talented painter, Ms. Savitri Sastrawan, who also happened to be mentor for the Drawing Programme at SIN Wassenaar. This exhibition takes place from 21 May 2011 through 19 June 2011.
At SIN Wassenaar she mentored our students from 14 April 2011 to 30 May 2011. Ms. Sastrawan will return to Indonesia on 5 June 2011.
