LEARNING TO USE FIELD COMPASS AND SEMAPHORE

Wassenaar Campus — Participants of scout programme on Friday, 6 May 2011 learned how to use and read field compass and map, plus knowledge to use semaphore codes. Other activities were preperation for the incoming camping in to commemorate the National Awakening Day, 20-21 May 2011. Mr. Sundawan and Mr. Sumardi became the facilitators cum trainers this week and at the end of the activity Mr. Sundawan treated the students and teachers with “buras” rice, Indonesian traditional snack, and some drinks. What a nice Spring afternoon.
