SEAMOLEC AND SIN WASSENAAR AT EUROPEAN SCHOOLNET, BRUSSELS
Brussels, 19 September 2013 — To explore the possibility to deepen and widen the collaboration between Indonesian and European schools a delegation of Seamolec and SIN Wassenaar visited European Schoolnet in Brussels, 19 September 2013. The Indonesian delegation consisted of Mr. T. Pardede, Mr. B.W. Rianto and his deputy, and Mr. J. Panhar. At the European Schoolnet office they were welcomed by Ms. Alexa Joyce and staff.
The meeting was started with with a light lunch which was followed by an alternate presentations from both sides. Among the agreed points yielded during the meeting was an informal invitation for the representatives of European Schoolnet to attend an international conference organised by Seamolec in Bandung end of this year, and the appointment of SIN Wassenaar as a portal for collaboration between Indonesian and European schools.
The European Schoolnet office is equipped with a cutting-edge Future Classroom Lab. A contextual visit to the lab was also useful, challenging and cozy at the same time. SIN Wassenaar is really grateful to the European Schoolnet and Seamolec for the comparative learning opportunity.
