SIN WASSENAAR WELCOMES SECRETARY-GENERAL MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE

Wassenaar — It’s an honour indeed for SIN Wassenaar to welcome the visit of the Secretary-General of Indonesia’s Ministry of Education and Culture, Prof. Ainun Na’im, 12 January 2014. Prof. Ainun was accompanied by his staff, Mr. Rifan, and Mr. Abdul Kahar of the Indonesian Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP), as well as Prof. Bambang H. Wibisono, the Attaché of Education and Culture of Indonesian Embassy.

The entourage was welcomed by our Director, Mr. Budi W. Rianto and our teachers. After a brief inspection, a presentation on our school’s progress and short-term development targets was given by Mr. Rianto followed by Prof. Ainun’s address on the development and trends in Indonesian education. The meeting was closed with discussion and sharing on urgent matters.
