TRANSTV SURPRISE VISIT AT SIN WASSENAAR

Wassenaar Campus — What a chance to receive a surprise stop by of a national TV channel, the TransTV at our school! Monday afternoon, 28 February 2011, the TransTV team made a brief visit to our campus. Led by Mr. Joshua Sembiring the team was accompanied by Mr. Sundawan and Mr. Widiyarso from our Embassy. Also in the team were Mr. Yuki Nata, the TransTV’s producer of the Indonesia Mencari Bakat, a specialised programme to scout for young Indonesian talents, and Mr. Bambang, a technical staff.

A brief look at and around the school building and yard, students activities as well as some shootings and interviews for the IMB were included during the visit. The low temperature didn’t discourage students’ enthusiasm to fully participate in the activity.

It will be aired by the TransTV in the coming days; an exact on-air schedule unfortunately has not been given.
